Before founding Minnesota Home Venture in 2008, Tara pioneered the furnished rental model with Finally Home Relocation Service, a corporate housing business that rented fully furnished apartments to corporations—essentially operating as VRBO before VRBO existed. Our Current Portfolio: We currently operate 3 active STR properties: one in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area (Roseville, MN) and two waterfront properties in the Florida Keys (Marathon, FL). Each property demonstrates different strategies—from suburban family retreats to tropical vacation destinations.
